Heyo! This is my contest entry for 
contest! I drew her character Lorua with Lyon from Fairy Tail! Since they are a couple I thought of them as a team. Their bond grew overtime and love is a shining light. (Thats why the picture looks bright.) Here, they are about to go into battle but teaming up. They have to be strong together. (Sorry if that is cheesy lol) This also gave me time to practice with my new tablet. I hope you like it!

I really like the backstory behind this. The shining light aspect with their relationship. It was a really wholesome thought that I enjoyed reading your description! I've actually wanted to do something like this before, but every time I tried, the faces just wouldn't look right. So huge huge props to you for actually successfully doing it!
